The Graduation Requirements Report provides an overview of student progress towards satisfying the graduation requirements set up in the student's assigned graduation program.
1a. For parents, click the down arrow next to the applicable student, then click Grad Reqs.
1b. As a student, click Grad Reqs from the menu.
2. The report defaults to Course History. For data pertaining to Full-year Grades, Semester Grades, or Quarter Grades, click the corresponding tabs.
3. To set a different Effective date, which defaults to the current date, enter a new date in the provided text box. Once a date has been entered, click the Change button to update the data.
If the student's graduation program has requirements set up by grade level, the table will be separated into tabs for each school year of enrollment, each containing the graduation requirements for that grade level, the number of required credits for promotion, credits remaining to be taken for promotion, and the currently enrolled credits. The Graduation tab will display all of the requirements to graduate. If the student's graduation program does not have requirements set up by grade level, the table will not be separated into tabs.
4. Click the school year tabs or Graduation tab, as desired.
The report displays each graduation requirement, the number of credits required to graduate, the credits remaining to be taken, and the currently enrolled credits. At the top of the report, additional information is displayed, which may include the student's GPA, class rank, cohort year, total credits, reading and math assessment statuses, EOC assessment statuses, or other information provided by the district. Note: The Class Rank/GPA may or may not display depending on the distrcit's preferences.
5. To hide the data mentioned above including the GPA, Credits, and EOC information, click Show Simplified Report.
a. To display the information again, click Show Detailed Report.
At the bottom of the screen, state-specific programs are listed, such as Industry Scholar Designation, Scholar Designation Requirements, Biliteracy Seal, and Fine Arts Designation for Florida, along with their completion statuses.
6. Hover your mouse over a check mark or credit field in the graduation requirements section to view the course title, the grade the student received, the number of credits, and the term for completed courses. The course title, the number of credits, and the term displays for enrolled courses.
A "W" on the report indicates the credits were earned through a waiver.
If assessments have been assigned as part of the graduation requirement plan, tests will be listed as well. Hover your mouse over a check mark to view the name of the test passed.
7. Select Show Detailed to view the "Credits detailed" column on the report. Focus will retain your setting when you return to this screen.
The column includes the same credit details that display when hovering over a check mark or credit field on the report, but in an easily viewable and color-coded format. Green text indicates the course was successfully completed and passed. Yellow indicates the student is currently enrolled in the course. Red indicates the course was failed. Course letter grades are also included for completed courses. When the "Show Detailed" check mark is selected and the report is printed, the "Credits detailed" column will be included in the printed report.
8. To check the student's academic and test history against a different graduation program than the one assigned on the student's enrollment record, click Evaluate other programs at the top of the screen.
Each of the graduation programs are listed, along with the student's progress for each graduation requirement in the program.
9. Hover your mouse over a check mark or credit field to view the course title, the grade the student received, the number of credits, and the term for completed courses. The course title, the number of credits, and the term displays for enrolled courses.
10. To return back to viewing the student's assigned graduation program, click Return to current program at the top of the screen.
11. You can also export the data from specific sections of the graduation requirements report by clicking the Excel icon in the Export section.
12. To print data pertaining to specific sections, such as the Scholar Designation Requirements section, click the Printer icon.
