Use the Tax Statement screen to generate and view tax statements for eligible student fees, such as Before and After Care charges. These statements can be downloaded or printed for your records.
Access to Tax Statements depends on permissions set by your school or district.
1. As a parent, click the arrow next to the applicable student to open the student's screens. Then, click Tax Statement.
2. Select the Calendar Year from the pull-down, and then click Generate Tax Statements.
3. The tax statement displays in a pop-up window. Click the Printer icon to print or click the Download icon to save the file to your computer.
a. When finished, click the white X to close the window.
The Student ID displayed on the tax statement reflects the student’s Local ID, when available. If a local ID is not set, Focus displays the standard student ID instead.
